Cuban Redneck Kitchen – My Best Cuban Food Recipes

Welcome to the Cuban Redneck kitchen! If you are looking for tutorials and recipes on your favorite Cuban dishes, we got you covered. Find your favorite recipes on our YouTube channel and additional details here. From the infamous Redneck Cuban Sandwich to our roasted pork, congri, picadillo, mojo, crema de vie Cubana, flan de leche recipe, and even my baked ziti recipe, we got it all! As of late, the world has adopted a mad trend of changing every even when there is no need! That is particularly true when it comes to recipes.

In many cases, these changes are not for the better! I believe that if it’s not broken, don’t fix it, and that is why I do my best to stay true to authentic and traditional recipes. With that said, I understand that fulfilling original Cuban recipes can be challenging. Here in Southwest Florida, many of the things you take for granted if you live in Miami or even Tampa, like Cuban coffee, pastelitos, bocaditos, or even Cuban bread, are nowhere to be found! Did I mention this was Florida! I can only imagine finding some of these in places like Texas, Chicago, and even New Jersey. For this reason, whenever possible, I do my best to find solutions based on what we have come to know as everyday ingredients found at your local chain supermarket store. I hope you find my content and videos inspiring, and I look forward to having you as a subscriber on the Cuban Redneck channel!

A modern but Authentic Homemade Recipe for Cuban Bread

Welcome to another installment at the Redneck Cuban Kitchen, where today we'll be addressing a request from you, the subscribers at the Cuban Redneck DIY Channel. Many of you have mentioned my Redneck Cuban Sandwich, which is nothing special. It may have gotten started there, as did [...]

Medianoche Sandwich | Classic Cuban Midnight (Media Noche) Sandwich Recipe Miami Style

Welcome back to the Redneck Cuban Kitchen and another Tuesday video blog. Today we will be making what is probably my second favorite sandwich of all time, and that is the Cuban Medianoche! As with many Cuban dishes preview on my YouTube channel, the Cuban Medianoche Sandwich history is a little murky. That is because it is vital to liberal, socialist, and or communist society to erase history. That way, the new generation never knows, [...]

Hello, and welcome to the Cuban Redneck kitchen! Cleaning Ceramic Pan | How to Clean Ceramic Pots & Pans

Although ceramic coated pots and pans are much tougher and slippery than traditional nonstick cookware, the reality is that regardless of what they claim in the infomercial, ceramic coated pots and pans stick just like any other type. That is why thousands of people go to the internet daily searching for cleaning a ceramic pan or cleaning a ceramic pan bottom. The top trending method found on both Google and YouTube for this search is [...]

How to Clean a Glass-Top Stove or Cooktop

If you are looking for a how-to video and or blog article on cleaning a glass top stove or cooktop, you will quickly realize there is no shortage of ideas! However, out of the 48,800,000 results on Google and a similar number on YouTube, very few focus on the how-to. Many, if not all, are focused on the products. There is also a considerable emphasis or using organic or natural ingredients like if you eat [...]
