Cuban Redneck Kitchen – My Best Cuban Food Recipes
Welcome to the Cuban Redneck kitchen! If you are looking for tutorials and recipes on your favorite Cuban dishes, we got you covered. Find your favorite recipes on our YouTube channel and additional details here. From the infamous Redneck Cuban Sandwich to our roasted pork, congri, picadillo, mojo, crema de vie Cubana, flan de leche recipe, and even my baked ziti recipe, we got it all! As of late, the world has adopted a mad trend of changing every even when there is no need! That is particularly true when it comes to recipes.
In many cases, these changes are not for the better! I believe that if it’s not broken, don’t fix it, and that is why I do my best to stay true to authentic and traditional recipes. With that said, I understand that fulfilling original Cuban recipes can be challenging. Here in Southwest Florida, many of the things you take for granted if you live in Miami or even Tampa, like Cuban coffee, pastelitos, bocaditos, or even Cuban bread, are nowhere to be found! Did I mention this was Florida! I can only imagine finding some of these in places like Texas, Chicago, and even New Jersey. For this reason, whenever possible, I do my best to find solutions based on what we have come to know as everyday ingredients found at your local chain supermarket store. I hope you find my content and videos inspiring, and I look forward to having you as a subscriber on the Cuban Redneck channel!
